The purpose of this class is to provide you with information and tools that can best serve you in your everyday life. To offer you guidance during times of stress, conflict, or simply to serve as a guiding tool to enhance and benefit everyday life.
I use the term "meditation" loosely to describe the way in which I work.

Meditation is a way to slow down your everyday life and take time for YOU. To reflect on decisions made, choices that may or may not be serving you in your best way, or to simply take time to slow down and generate some new and healthy ideas and choices.
Meditation allows us to take time to HEAL our INNER-self, and to give grace a chance to seep into our souls.
Inner work is SOUL work and that is exactly what this class is all about.

BREATHE​

Our bodies contain an energetic system known to us as our CHAKRAS. These energetic points in our bodies hold onto and store information from events throughout our day and lives. Sometimes, what our energy center is “holding onto” is NOT to our greatest benefit, and with a little guidance and conscious choice we can alter our perception of events to better benefit our mind, body and soul.

Our opening class is a short education on the Chakra system, how it works, how we work, and how we are all connected to the WHOLE. I will lay the foundations of the vocabulary which I use, and offer a lens of perception into the meaning of SOUL and SPIRIT. This will be followed by a short introductory meditation where we will learn the foundational structure of each class.

Each class after that will be focusing on one specific CHAKRA point. What emotions live there, how we get “stuck”, by fears, etc., how we can learn to use them effectively in our everyday lives to make better decisions, and how to learn to “let go” of what is not serving us in our best capacity.

Each class involves:

learning how to create the SET, SETTING and INTENTION for each class as we open our minds and learn to enjoy simple pleasures like a cup of herbal tea, the burning of incense or other plant resins and the healing sounds of music to fill our auditory senses.

anointing various parts of the body with sacred healing oils and learning about those oils and why they are so important, as well as why we use them where we do on the body
-
the imbibing of our sacred feminine cannabis (this is purely optional) If you are open to partaking in this part of the class, know that using Cannabis in this sacred way (which I will teach you) can not only deepen the overall experience for you, but, is very opening to our heart Chakra, and as you will learn, this is the place where all healing happens. Resolving Unfinished Business by Balancing Emotions
In order to deal with unfinished business, you must first learn to acknowledge the physical and emotional feelings created by unresolved issues.
This is huge so read it again!

Then you are ready to practice specific techniques for resolving or releasing these past experiences. Let’s now review why emotions create unfinished business, and consider how to deal with them.

Emotions are physical sensations or feelings resulting from perceptions of safety or threat:
This is huge so read it again!

Safety generates joy and contentment
Threat gives rise to fear.
​
All fears fall into five categories:
1. Loss of life
2. Loss of health
3. Loss of love
4. Loss of money/security
5. Conflicts of meaning or purpose (including all ethical issues)
​
There are only four reactions to fear, although there are many synonyms:
1. Anger
2. Anxiety
3. Guilt
4. Depression
Anger is helpful if you act upon it to stop the fears. It is harmful if you continue to be angry without coming to a resolution.
Anxiety and guilt may be useful if they lead to actions that solve the problem.
Grief is a natural reaction when a loss occurs. However, prolonged depression prevents you from personal growth.

There are only three possible solutions to fear and the emotional reactions to fear:​
1. Using anger or fighting to bring about a resolution
2. Letting go with love/joy, so you don't have to continue suffering.
3. Learn to accept and forgive the things that cannot be changed, and the wisdom to know the difference.
In every fearful situation or relationship, feelings need to be acknowledged and resolutions sought.
Ask yourself which feels better:
Fight?
Leave with love?
Acceptance and forgiveness?
To answer you can spend ten minutes or ten years—the choice is yours.
Solutions come from integration of heart, mind, and emotions.

Your goal is to resolve all your unfinished business (anger, guilt, anxiety, or depression) by working to feel the best solution. There are several “insight” exercises that can help you reach your goal, including meditation, age regression, working with your self-image, understanding archetypes, etc. These give you blueprints for exploring your feelings. Practice over and over until you understand the importance of choosing the best course of action for each major stress in your life.
