To offer you guidance during times of stress, conflict, or simply to serve as a guiding tool to enhance and benefit everyday life. Meditation is a way to slow down your everyday life and take time for YOU. To reflect on decisions made, choices that may or may not be serving you in your best way, or to simply take time to slow down and generate some new and healthy ideas and choices. Inner work is SOUL work and that is exactly what this class is all about. Some things to ponder. How do I know if I need healing? What is my purpose? How much time each day do I spend thinking about things that happened in my past? Worried about future events?BREATHE Our bodies contain an energetic system known to us as our CHAKRAS. These energetic points in our bodies hold onto and store information from events throughout our day and lives. Sometimes, what our energy center is “holding onto” is NOT to our greatest benefit, and with a little guidance and conscious choice we can alter our perception of events to better benefit our mind, body and soul.
