For well over a year I had been suffering from serious sleep deprivation. One day a friend of my wife mentioned she was attending meditation classes given by Marie Knoll. Might help she said… interested? “What the hell” I though … couldn’t hurt. I was a little leery, but after the first class I knew without a doubt, these classes were going to be a far better option than drugs (sleeping pills) to overcome my sleeping problem. More than this, the class included simple dialogue concerning healing … healing of personal “past wrongs”. This brought me back to my early childhood, unravelling things I’d buried in my memory long ago. Now I can say Marie was a blessing in disguise. I saw in Marie the potential to help me resolve lingering hurts. Her passion in life is to heal and has developed a unique technique to do so. Marie uses mediation, simple honest dialogue, and a process of “peeling through layers of lies” to get to the truth. Marie can lead you to the “door” where healing begins. It’s not easy going, but her honesty, passion and shared personal battles instills trust - a rare commodity these days. She is a genuine mentor. Ed.

Marie…She has a warm and caring nature and is extremely gifted and knowledgeable. From the moment you enter her space - you feel her presence in the most beautiful way. She is powerful, yet humble. She guides you to look inward and ask yourself the hard questions. In a world so consumed with looking outside of ourselves for contentment, or for excuses for why things are the way they are - behind our eyes can be an intimidating place. But I guarantee you, it’s worth it.
Meditation has been hard for me since experiencing some traumatic events in my life, but under Marie’s guidance, I felt safe and was able to access that place in me that was afraid to let go. Her voice is soothing and comforting. Her words are gentle and guide you into peace and comfort.
She shares so much beauty with those in her life whether it be in her meditation classes, from her garden or with the beautiful products she crafts. She is one of the most lovely people I’ve come to know in this life. Thank you thank you thank you ��
