A little about me

Thank you for taking the time to view my site.  

After many years of teaching in a "hands on" environment within my local community, I now have the opportunity to share my teachings & handcrafted products,  in an online format.   I am both honored and thrilled to share my humble offerings with all of you!  

Thank you to all of the people that have made that happen.

Please know that all of my handcrafted products are created by myself with honor and respect to both the plant medicine and the craft of medicine making itself.  All plant material used are either hand reared by myself or wild crafted within my local area.  All essential oils & resins used in my creations are of 100% purity and ethically grown by small farms & distilleries.  

I have been selling my creations for well over a decade now to satisfied customers.  I invite you to take a look in the shop and experience my many offerings.

I cannot stress enough the impact of certain teachers and mentors in my life that have come together to allow me to create this experience for you.  It is because of their teachings that I am able to offer this delicious experience of inner guidance to you all.  These include but, are not limited to; Hakim Ibn Sina, Hakim G.M Chisti, Norm Sheally Phd. and Carolyn Myss Phd.

Using medicine as part of a mindful practice.

The use of our sacred feminine cannabis is part of my offerings whether you have booked me for a private group session,  or become a participant in one of my meditation style classes. 

The overall goal is always to balance and allow healing

Utilizing cannabis in this way can deepen the experience and allow for a fuller and richer overall experience of the entire session.   By setting intention prior to the experience, imbibing the cannabis, and then moving into that mediation state,  it allows you to "get there faster"

Cannabis is very much a heart chakra opener, and as we know, this is the energetic center where all transformation takes place.   The heart chakra.  It is for this and many other reasons, that I choose to offer the imbibing of our sacred cannabis, while anointing our bodies and surroundings by the gentle burning of Palo Santo, "Holy wood", as we set our intentions and take sacred the experience we have entered into.
